I built Bleak OKRs because every existing tool felt like it was designed by committee for committees.

OKRs are simple. An objective is what you want to achieve. Key results are how you measure progress. That's it. But somewhere along the way, the tools built to manage OKRs became more complex than the framework itself. Enterprise features nobody asked for. Training videos longer than the quarterly cycle. Pricing designed to extract maximum value from procurement departments.
My Approach
Bleak OKRs strips away the complexity and gets back to what matters: helping you set goals, track progress, and stay aligned. I believe the best tool is one that gets out of your way. You should spend your time achieving goals, not managing software.
